Role Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs. This role plays a key part in helping learners gain valuable vocational and financial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops
• Create instructional materials and manage learning systems
• Provide coaching and support to staff and trainees
• Coordinate training logistics and schedules
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Experience in training, development, or instructional design
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Public Speaking, Psychology or related field
• Experience in educational or vocational training is a plus
