Key Responsibilities:

• Provide learning and behavioral support to children with additional learning needs.

• Assist children in developing essential life skills and promoting independence.

• Implement individualized support plans under professional guidance.

• Encourage positive learning experiences through patience, care, and effective communication.

• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to support each child’s progress.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology.

• ABAT, IBT, or RBT certification.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting children’s development.

• Ability to work effectively with children requiring additional learning support.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Behavioral support techniques

• Communication and relationship building with children and families
