LuxuryProperty.com is expanding, and we’re looking for a Leasing Manager / Director Designate to establish and lead our Prime & SuperPrime residential leasing division. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a new vertical, working with HNW clients, exclusive listings, and some of the most prestigious properties in Dubai.

What You’ll Do:
- Build & lead a high-performance leasing team from the ground up
- Develop and execute strategies to attract HNW clients & secure exclusive listings
- Take full ownership of the leasing process – from luxury property presentations to contract negotiations
- Work closely with senior leadership to align leasing objectives with market trends & business goals
- Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to drive lead generation & maximize exposure
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers & high-profile clients

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience leading residential leasing teams in Dubai
- A proven track record in high-end luxury leasing (Prime & SuperPrime)
- Strong leadership, negotiation & client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who can scale a new division & take ownership
- A deep understanding of luxury real estate & HNW client needs
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
