Description:
The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Farms a pool of properties to lease.
- Handle and follow up on leads.
- Warmly greets visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents.
- Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
- Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets then matches these needs with available properties.
- Prepares leases for Leasing Managers' review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
- Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
- Creates, develops, and maintains a waitlist as needed.
- Assists with record keeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Fluency in English.
- Outgoing and friendly attitude
- Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Real estate sales license preferred.
- Experience in Dubai
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in leasing
- Valid UAE Driving License
