Job Title: 1- Legal Advisor - Real Estate Management / Leasing Experience

Languages: Arabic and English

Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate is a leading real estate company based in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor with a focus on rental cases to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling legal matters related to rental cases in Dubai and developer cases in Dubai.

Job Summary: As a Legal Advisor at Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in matters related to real estate, with a primary focus on rental cases. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting in case management, and providing support to our legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Rental Case Management:

• Handle a portfolio of rental cases and provide legal support throughout the process.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law pertaining to rental issues in Dubai.

Document Drafting and Review:

• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and notices.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to gather relevant information and provide updates on case status.
• Assist in preparing clients for legal proceedings and ensure their understanding of the legal process.

Court Representation:

• Assist in preparing for court appearances and represent the company in legal proceedings related to rental cases.

Compliance and Regulatory Matters:

• Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations related to real estate and rental laws in Dubai.
• Ensure company practices are in compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience , with a focus on rental cases in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and rental laws in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management.
