Description:

The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations while protecting the company’s interests. The role involves managing legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing dispute resolution, and offering strategic guidance on corporate governance and employment law.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆:
• Ensure the company adheres to UAE laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice to support business decisions and mitigate risks.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure all legal documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Manage dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• Maintain accurate legal documentation, including licenses, permits, and company records.
• Advise on shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and other corporate matters.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘄:
• Provide guidance on UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and workplace policies.
• Address employee grievances and disputes in compliance with legal requirements.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) in Corporate or Commercial Law is preferred.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• 5+ years of legal advisory experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial, and labor laws.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

• Primarily office-based with occasional travel for legal proceedings or client meetings.
