Legal And Compliance Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Legal and Compliance Manager for one of our clients in multiple businesses in UAE.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-4 years minimum work experience in framing and implementing compliance policies.
• Preferred experience in a commodities or any other trading firm.
• Typically not from the banking industry and not from an exchange house.
• Educational qualification preferred with a law background (LLB/LLM).

1.Frame and implement AML, responsible sourcing, KYC, Trading Code of Conduct policies

2.Stay upto date with Regulator policies (LBMA/OECD/DMCC)

3.Stay updated with Non-Physical Trading regulations related to ERISA, Swaps, ISDAs, OTC

and Exchange regulations.

4.Conduct internal training programs for educating staff related to Trading regulations

and policies.

5.Frame risk based counterparty KYC onboarding and processes

6.Screening payments and creating reports for filing STRS

7.Update and maintain records with local GoAML regulations and proper filling of reports

within due date.

8.Maintain and update all Trading related legal agreements such as ISDAs, Trading Agreements

Vault Storage agreements, counterparty KYCs etc

9.Ensure timely reporting Viz. UBO Reporting/ ESR Reporting/DMCC

10.Create formats for regular legal documents NDA.
