Legal Associate & Business Development

Sphere Legal Group is expanding. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and growth-oriented Legal Associate with strong business development instincts to join our firm in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing legal consultancy with international reach and a bold vision.

Responsibilities

-Legal drafting and review of commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, corporate documents, etc.

-Legal research and support in advisory matters across UAE regulations.

-Support in company formation, regulatory compliance and client onboarding.

-Business development tasks: outreach, networking, proposal writing, LinkedIn engagement.

-Contribute to marketing and visibility strategies for the firm.

-Client relationship management and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

-Law degree (UAE or foreign-qualified)

-Strong legal writing and communication skills (English is required, Arabic or other language is a plus)

-Interest or experience in commercial law, company setup and business law in the UAE

-Self-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

-Professional demeanor and good presentation skills

-Minimum 3 years of experience.
