Legal Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE legislation, including DLD regulations, AML rules, Labour Law, Criminal and Civil Law.
• Provide legal advice to management and coordinate with lawyers.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Oversee legal cases and maintain accurate company records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government entities and legal partners.
• Stay informed about legal and regulatory updates affecting the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance or legal advisory roles, preferably in real estate.
• Expertise in UAE legislation (DLD, AML, Labour, Criminal, and Civil Law).
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
