Description:

Al Tarek Legal Consultancy is expanding its legal team in Dubai. We are looking for a Legal Consultant with solid, hands-on UAE court experience to handle an active caseload across family and labour matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and represent clients in Personal Status (family law) matters
• Handle labour and employment disputes through all stages
• Prepare and follow up execution files on the UAE court systems
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, and legal notices
• Advise clients directly and maintain case documentation

Requirements

• Specialisation in Personal Status (family law) cases
• Specialisation in labour and employment cases
• Proficiency in handling executions on the court systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the UAE
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage
