Legal Counsel

Are you an experienced legal professional ready to make an impact across the Middle East?
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join our team, supporting high-profile projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Draft, review, and revise major commercial contracts and legal documents.
2- Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation processes.
3- Handle or assist with legal disputes, litigation, and alternative dispute resolutions in Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
4- Provide legal support and risk management for projects across the Middle East region.
5- Assist in the development of legal policies, processes, and contract management systems tailored to local requirements.
6- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
2- Minimum 5 years of legal working experience, preferably within the Middle Eastern legal systems.
3- Possession of a valid legal qualification certificate (local or international).
4- Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with strong drafting and reviewing skills in both languages.
5- Experience in international engineering, infrastructure, or trade-related legal work is an advantage.
6- Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with occasional business travel across the region.
