Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with extensive experience working exclusively within law firms and a strong background in litigation exceeding 15 years. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UAE court procedures and a proven record of managing complex litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of litigation cases.

• Draft legal memoranda, case files, pleadings, and other court-related submissions.

• Advise clients on litigation strategies, case merits, and potential legal risks.

• Conduct thorough legal research and maintain awareness of new laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.

• Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure consistency and quality in case handling.

• Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism and maintain excellent client communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum of 15 years of litigation experience gained exclusively through law firms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court systems, and legal drafting.

• Strong command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken) English proficiency is mandatory for this role.

• Exceptional analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently and meet tight deadlines.
