Description:
We are seeking a bright, ambitious Legal Recruitment Intern to join our Legal Division for a 3–6 month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the recruitment process, the legal industry, and the inner workings of a high-performing consultancy environment.
You will work closely with experienced consultants to support candidate sourcing, research, data management, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on law firms, in-house legal teams, and regional market trends.
- Assist consultants in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across the Middle East.
- Manage and update candidate data within our CRM (Bullhorn).
- Prepare candidate CVs, interview briefs, and client reports.
- Draft job descriptions and LinkedIn posts to attract top talent.
- Attend internal team meetings and contribute ideas to improve process efficiency.
Who You Are
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Law, Business, or Human Resources (or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in the legal profession and the recruitment industry.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French a plus).
