Description:
Hiring LI Support Desk Engineer -junior level, #Dubai.
- Job Type: Temporary-Contract.
- Visa: Candidates with own visa arrangements in UAE are preferred
Applications knowledge:
- CASMEX/IshieId/WPS user management (user creation/activation/
- deactivation/user inter branch transfer)
- Money products (WU, RIA, TRANSFAST) user management (user
- creation/password reset/user transfer
- Remote connection with Application vendor
Helpdesk:
- Desktop support (printer, scanner configuration, troubleshooting
- desktop/laptop users)
- Day to Day issues
- Desktop/Laptop windows upgrade, hardware upgrade
- Basic network troubleshooting
- User file backup & restore.
- Windows installation on desktop & laptop
- Branch visit required if remote support not working.
- Coordinating with vendors
- Outlook/onedrive related issues
AD management.
- Remote users support.
- Biometric devices & door access support.
- AVAYA IP telephone basic support
- ISP coordination if branch internet & telephone issues occurred.
