Real Estate Advisor responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and advising international investors on Dubai real estate opportunities. Reports to Sales Manager/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management
- Follow up on company-generated leads from marketing campaigns and property shows
- Develop and maintain your own client pipeline through networking and referrals
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client investment goals and requirements
- Maintain regular communication with active clients throughout the buying process
Property Advisory & Sales
- Present properties from our AED 1.5B+ inventory to qualified buyers
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Explain payment plans, developer terms, and investment projections
- Advise clients on market trends, location benefits, and ROI potential
- Guide clients through due diligence and decision-making process
Transaction Management
- Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with developers, lawyers, and banks to facilitate transactions
- Investors who've engaged with our thought leadership content
- Leads from our Dubai Property Shows across Indian cities
Growth & Development
- Regular practical training focused on deal conversion, not theory
- Roadshows and networking events to build your personal brand
- Learn from our team's expertise in international investor relations
What You'll Do
- Guide investors through Dubai property acquisition
- Present and sell properties from leading developers (Emaar, DAMAC, etc.)
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals seeking investment opportunities
- Attend property shows and networking events
- Work with our marketing team to position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them to closed deals
