As we expand, we are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

                  •                Actively source new listings (sales & rentals) through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

                  •                Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

                  •                Conduct property viewings and maintain up-to-date listings.

                  •                Provide professional advice on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

                  •                Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity.

                  •                Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads promptly.

                  •                Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and landlords.

Requirements:

                  •                Proven experience in real estate in Dubai (minimum 1 year preferred).

                  •                Valid UAE Driving License and access to a car.

                  •                Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and RERA laws.

                  •                RERA certification is a plus (or willing to obtain).

                  •                Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

                  •                Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.

                  •                Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

                  •                Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
