Description:

  1. Responsible for recording the company's shipment and logistics information, analyzing and summarizing abnormal situations, and providing feedback on solutions to direct leaders;
  2. Track the cooperation dynamics with suppliers and provide relevant information according to the company's customer needs, and actively take effective measures to approve, monitor, report and reduce overseas customs clearance and distribution costs;
  3. Logistics delivery and logistics follow-up, monitoring the delivery order logistics situation, timely feedback, processing and follow-up of orders with abnormal logistics, control the delivery and arrival time of products, and keep track of warehouse inventory to ensure timely supply of products and give full play to turnover efficiency;
  4. Goods tracking, regular reconciliation of logistics statements, to ensure that the accounts are clear and accurate, so that financial can make payments to the logistics business.
  5. Application for payment;
  6. Carry out daily procurement work according to the company's procurement system and deepen procurement strategy, including but not limited to: collecting internal demand, supplier screening, inquiry, price comparison, negotiation, contract signing, tracking order progress, etc.;
  7. Material purchase plan declaration and implementation;
  8. Tracking the delivery progress, ensure delivery time, check product quality, timely coordination to solve supply and quality problems, analysis of problems, and follow up the improvement;
  9. Ensure product quality, control purchasing cost and optimize payment method;
  10. Strengthen communication and cooperation with R&D, technology, sales and other departments to meet various purchasing requirements;
  11. Manage the documents related to the purchasing process: contracts, arrival lists, etc. .
  12. Establish the supplier information database and check the payment with the supplier on a regular basis;
  13. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports;
  14. Complete temporary work arrangement from superiors.

 

 

Job requirements:

  1. College degree or above, with experience can be relaxed requirements;
  2. More than 2 years of logistics specialist and more than 5 years of industrial raw materials procurement work experience, more than 2 years of procurement management experience freight forwarding company logistics specialist or follow up work experience; skilled operation of OFFICE software;
  3. Familiar with the main overseas and self-delivery of logistics channels and information;
  4. Experience in overseas warehouse delivery;
  5. Independently complete the daily shipping requirements of the company, optimize the shipping process and provide executable advice;
  6. With good communication, coordination and implementation skills, with excellent teamwork spirit;
  7. Strong goal-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
  8. Working language is English, knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
