Logistics Coordinator required
Job Location:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service.
- Monitor and track the flow of goods and materials, and manage inventory levels.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness & legality.
- Schedule deliveries to ensure that correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
- Deliver the products cost effective and time efficiently to ensure customer priority requirements meet
- Ensuring that the vehicle remains repaired and maintained free, and well organized
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies & procedures such as operational process standards
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve issues related to logistics and supply chain operations
Qualifications & Skills: –
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator should have Min 02 years of UAE Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Outstanding organizational & Investigative abilities
- Prior experience as Logistics Coordinator at a Large Warehouse
- Sound knowledge of schedule deliveries in UAE Processes & Metrics
