Logistics Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator – Marine & Plant to support operations within the Marine & Plant Department. This position plays a critical role in managing and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the smooth and timely movement of equipment, vessels, vehicles, spare parts, and materials across various marine construction projects.

The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, suppliers, transport companies, and customs authorities while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and international shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations for marine and plant activities
• Manage transportation of equipment, vessels, vehicles, and materials across project sites
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs agents
• Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and shipping standards
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reporting
• Support project teams to ensure uninterrupted operational flow

Requirements:
• 10 to 12 years of relevant logistics experience
• Prior UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
