Hiring Logistics Manager
Osstem Middle East FZCO, a leading global manufacturer of dental implant products and equipment’s, dedicated to enhancing oral healthcare worldwide.We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall dental implant equipment’s supply chain management. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and maintain transparency in logistics operations
- Build and lead a team to support the logistics operations
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Proven working experience as a dental implant products and equipment’s Logistics Manager preferably with expertise in the UAE market and international
- Familiarity with customs processes and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations all over the world
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- 5 -10 Year Experience in Dental implant products and equipment’s supply chain management
- Knowledge of dental implants and related products is highly desirable
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- ·Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Master/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Excellent in KOREA AND ENGLISH languages
