Logistics Officer

 

Description:

BAGC is looking for an experienced Logistics Officer to oversee logistics operations, equipment tracking, and on-site coordination across its construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a reputable company in the UAE’s infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for multiple construction sites.
  • Track and maintain records for company vehicles, machinery, and fuel/mileage usage.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability.
  • Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and routine maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit detailed logistics reports to management.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across sites to support uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in construction logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, vehicles, and fuel/mileage tracking.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
