Logistics Officer/warehouse Officer

Description:

Looking for Logistics Officer/Warehouse Officer
with 3+years of experience in the UAE,
Work Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE
Qualification- Bachelor Degree

Requirements:

1) Material receipt from vendors and despatch of materials to end client. Preparation of client DN and follow-up for Signed DN.
2) Goods Receipt in system upon receipt of materials & maintaining records for the same.
3) Invoice Submission to finance team and update of all invoices in Invoice tracker upon receipt from vendor with status.
4) Follow-up with vendors for invoice and missing documents
5) Preparation of client DN with all required details and follow-up for Signed DN. Ensure all Signed DN’s are maintained in the respective Project / SO location for future reference.
6) Inventory Management and keeping record of all materials with Rack locations
7) Process RMA upon receipt of request and update RMA tracker with status
