Logistics Supervisor

Our client, a leading organization in the culture and event management sector, is looking for a highly capable Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics, transportation, and operational support for events, festivals, exhibitions, and educational programmes across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee complete logistics for events, exhibitions, and community programmes.
• Manage inventory, storage, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics during installation, live events, and dismantling phases.
• Negotiate with logistics vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure operational costs are controlled efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or operations, ideally within arts, culture, entertainment, or large-scale event environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and transport operations.
• Excellent communication, vendor coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and support evening/weekend events as required.
