Description:

Oversees lubricant production and quality control, ensuring compliance with standards, efficiency, and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lubricant production & quality control
• Operate & monitor blending/packaging equipment
• Conduct lab testing (viscosity, flash point, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards
• Maintain records & troubleshoot production issues

Skills Required:

✔ Knowledge of lubricant products & QC procedures
✔ Proficient in operating production & lab equipment
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Attention to detail & organizational skills
✔ Good communication & teamwork

Working Conditions:

✅ Work in a production facility & laboratory
✅ Shift work, weekends, or overtime as needed
✅ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs & stand for extended periods
