We are seeking an experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is driven, client-focused, and passionate about the Dubai luxury property market. You will represent high-end off-plan and secondary projects, build trusted client relationships, and deliver bespoke advisory services to global investors and end users.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and manage high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Promote luxury off-plan and ready properties across Dubai’s prime areas.
  • Conduct property tours, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism.
  • Maintain market awareness and competitor insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert qualified leads and maximize ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout the transaction process.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (luxury/off-plan preferred).
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Professional appearance and high ethical standards.
