M365 Solution Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Solution Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Implement, configure, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions
• Lead and execute Microsoft 365 implementation, migration, and transformation projects
• Work with Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Hybrid Exchange environments
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity solutions
• Implement and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
• Work with Microsoft Purview for information protection, compliance, eDiscovery, and data governance
• Implement and support Microsoft Defender security capabilities
• Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and Exchange environments
• Support Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
• Use PowerShell for automation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Perform technical troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable M365 solutions

Microsoft 365 | Exchange Online | Exchange Server | Hybrid Exchange | Entra ID | Azure AD | Conditional Access | MFA | Microsoft Teams | SharePoint | OneDrive | Intune | Purview | Microsoft Defender | Active Directory | PowerShell

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong experience across multiple Microsoft 365 workloads
• Proven experience with M365 implementation, migration, and transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Microsoft identity, security, compliance, and collaboration technologies
• Experience working with enterprise and hybrid environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PowerShell and M365 administration/automation
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical delivery team
