Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance work across the plant, and ensure that the machines operation requirements are achieved.
- Prioritize machinery breakdown repair
- Ensure company Health & Safety polices are followed, and administered.
- Plan & schedule preventative maintenance for all operational needs throughout the plant.
- Maintain service record (Individual Hard Copy) for all machines.
- Ensure that company quality procedures are adhered to and standards are achieved
- Prepare weekly and KPI reports
- Overall review of suppliers periodically.
Experience, Skills And Qualification
- Trade certificate in maintenance work of machineries
- Degree/Diploma will be an advantage.
- Previous experience or working knowledge of relevant production and operational processes & CNC machines
- Minimum of five years supervisory / team leader experience preferably within manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years’ experience in handling mechanical and electrical of machines (CNC, Saw Cutting, Boring) with minimum supervision
- Experience in troubleshooting
- 5S or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Planning / Organizing Skills.
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in sourcing and negotiation skills with suppliers.
