Maintenance Engineer

A well-established contracting company is currently looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join its growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in infrastructure, irrigation, and landscaping projects who are capable of handling maintenance operations efficiently.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of project assets while leading maintenance teams and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance activities for infrastructure, irrigation, and landscape projects

• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective repair and maintenance solutions

• Plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance tasks

• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure work is completed to high standards

• Ensure all project assets are properly maintained and operational

• Coordinate with project teams to support ongoing site requirements

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within the UAE

• Proven expertise in irrigation systems, infrastructure, and landscaping maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in leading and managing maintenance teams

• Ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance strategies effectively
