Description:
Hiba Pharma is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee site-wide maintenance for production & utilities, drive preventive/predictive programs, ensure GMP/EHS compliance, and lead reliability & continuous improvement (MTBF/MTTR, RCA/CAPA, audits & qualification, budgets & spares, contractors).
Requirements
1️⃣ Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus)
2️⃣ 8 -10 years in engineering & maintenance ( Pharma), incl. 3+ years managerial in pharma
3️⃣ Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, and equipment qualification
4️⃣ Experience with CMMS, risk-based maintenance & energy efficiency programs
5️⃣ Excellent leadership, planning, project management & cross-functional coordination
