Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance of our 38-floor hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience with guest room management systems. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all guest room systems are functioning properly.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.

• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and disruptions.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment inventories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of guest room management systems.

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Certification in maintenance management or engineering (preferred).
