Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Emirates Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations across their residential and commercial assets. The ideal candidate will ensure asset reliability by managing preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple engineering disciplines, while leading a team of technicians and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily maintenance activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and ELV systems
• Ensure timely completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective tasks
• Manage the lifecycle of Service Work Requests (SVRs) using ERP systems
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, enforcing safety standards
• Oversee technical inventory, including raising PRs/POs and tracking material usage
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and external contractors to maintain service quality

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in structured facilities management
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building services
• Hands-on experience with ERP or CMMS systems for maintenance and inventory
• Ability to handle operational pressure and address resident complaints professionally
• Immediate joiner based in the UAE
