Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Rigid Industries FZC . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities across our diverse range of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of machines.
• Conduct regular inspections of the Factory, machines, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance needs and schedule downtime for repairs.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues, coordinating with external vendors if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to enhance workplace safety.
