Description:

We are seeking a passionate and culturally rooted Malayalam Teacher who can preserve and promote regional linguistic heritage while aligning with CBSE academic standards. The teacher will develop lesson plans that explore the language's grammar, phonetics, vocabulary, and literary richness through poetry, short stories, essays, and plays. A key part of the role is to create an immersive language environment where students confidently speak, read, and write in Malayalam.

Responsibilities also include designing engaging classroom activities, preparing students for internal assessments and CBSE board evaluations, and integrating local culture into language lessons. The teacher will be expected to foster language appreciation by organizing cultural events, Malayalam Day, recitation competitions, and drama performances. Collaboration with other language teachers and participation in department-wide planning is essential. MoE approval is compulsory, and the role is open to immediate joiners from Sharjah or Ajman.
