Male Nurse For Construction Project

We are seeking a Male Nurse, an experienced registered nurse with over 3 years of healthcare experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and emergency response on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and promoting workers’ well-being. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor workers’ health conditions by checking vital signs before they report to work on-site.
• Conduct daily health surveillance and triage patients according to their medical needs.
• Maintain the quality and functionality of ambulance medicines and equipment.
• Transport patients to the hospital when necessary.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Carry out doctors’ orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records.
• Monitor and audit medical supplies in the clinic and ambulance.
• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Work effectively as part of a medical team, with proper delegation and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Certification: HAAD (Health Authority – Abu Dhabi) certified.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in Nursing and Midwifery, including at least three years of experience in the UAE, in construction healthcare settings.

Skills & Competencies:

• Certified in Safety / Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) courses
• Knowledge of IMS – Internal Management Systems auditing
• Experience in Behavior-Based Safety Management
• BLS – Basic Life Support certified
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office
