Male Social Worker

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Social Worker to join us immediately. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, parents, and staff to promote student well-being, handle behavioral and social issues, and ensure a positive school climate aligned with ADEK standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide counseling and emotional support to students facing personal, social, or academic challenges.
-Address behavioral issues and implement intervention plans in collaboration with the Student Support Team.
-Support student attendance, discipline, and welfare matters.
-Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to promote a positive school culture.
-Maintain confidential case records and prepare reports as required.
-Ensure compliance with ADEK and school policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a school or educational setting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
-Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
