Marketing Administrator

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives. The primary role involves providing administrative assistance to the marketing team, contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

This Marketing Administrative role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in the world of marketing. Key Responsibilities:

 

Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Assist in logistics, registration, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with team logistics and admin officer for external vendors, suppliers, and agencies as needed for marketing projects. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

 

Research:

Conduct market research, market benchmark and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform marketing strategies. Frequent management of all surveys and reporting to clients regarding satisfaction.

 

Communication:

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a point of contact for general marketing inquiries and redirecting to appropriate team members when necessary.

 

Data Entry and Management:

Accurately input and maintain data in marketing databases and CRM systems. This includes lead information, customer details, and campaign performance metrics.

Regular database clean-up and segment according to campaign’s objective and target audience making it ready to upload on Mailchimp platform.

 

Document Management:

Organize and maintain marketing collateral on Google drive, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure the team has access to the latest versions.

 

Reporting:

Input daily visitors report in the system ready for the team to generating basic reports and data analysis related to marketing campaigns and performance. Provide regular updates to the team.

 

Filing and Documentation:

Maintain a well-organised filing system for marketing documents, contracts, and agreements.

 

Skills
