Description:

KidsHQ is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Sales Executive to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, client interaction, and creative marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, building partnerships, and supporting various promotional and event-based initiatives.

The ideal applicant should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including sales outreach, social media management, and event coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools across Abu Dhabi to conduct promotional activities, generate leads, and explore partnership opportunities

• Handle incoming inquiries and leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement

• Manage in-branch marketing tasks such as birthday event coordination, photography, video reels, and booking management

• Develop and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, resorts, and other local businesses

• Assist in organizing and executing birthday parties and promotional events across different locations

• Support operational teams when required and remain flexible to travel between branches

• Oversee social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and collaborations with local partners

• Coordinate mall activations, marketing campaigns, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and content creation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and coordination abilities

• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing

• Willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi as part of the role
