As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll shape the stories that connect our members to
everything Privilee has to offer. From daily touchpoints to long-form features, you’ll craft elevated communications that don’t just inform - but inspire. Whether it’s a push notification nudging someone to try a new gym, or a blog feature deepening their connection to wellness, every message will reflect the clarity, tone, and confidence of the Privilee brand.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of how, when, and where we speak to our audiences - driving engagement, loyalty, and behaviour change through smart planning, creative thinking, and data-led storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver always-on communications for both members and leads, mapped to our marketing calendar and business goals
- Own the content and channel strategy across all key touchpoints - email, app, blog, WhatsApp, push notifications, and website - tailored for each region (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) while maintaining a consistent global brand voice
- Lead the end-to-end execution of content briefs, collaborating with writers and designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across all platforms
- Build lifecycle communications that guide leads and members through every stage of their journey, clearly communicating the full value of membership
- Develop behavioural strategies to shift members from high-traffic venues to those with more capacity, and analyse content performance to continually optimise messaging, format, and timing using a data-led approach
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Member Experience to ensure communications reflect evolving member needs, venue capacity, and partner priorities
- Manage Privilee Insider - our blog platform - positioning Privilee as a leader in premium lifestyle and wellness, while driving SEO growth and deeper member value
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, staying ahead of wellness trends and competitor activity to keep Privilee relevant and industry-leading across all markets, while supporting broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc campaign needs as required

Requirements
- 6–8 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or content-focused roles, ideally within a membership-based, lifestyle, wellness, or GCC-focused brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, multi-channel communications across email, blog, app, push, WhatsApp, and website etc
- Experience delivering both member and sales communications – including lifecycle journeys, lead nurture, and conversion messaging
- Skilled at driving engagement, retention, and behavioural change through targeted messaging and campaigns
- Confident leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Data-led decision maker with experience using tools like GA4, Vero, DatoCMS, and other CRM/CMS platforms
