Description:
We are seeking a dynamic **Marketing Communications Specialist** to oversee client-focused marketing initiatives, manage event coordination, and drive strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing events, managing budgets and expenses, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients to ensure successful collaboration and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding marketing activities and event coordination
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and client expectations
- Collaborate with design, digital, and content teams to produce event-related promotional materials
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to inform future initiatives
- Support brand positioning and communication strategies through client engagement
- Maintain accurate records of marketing spend, vendor contracts, and event logistics
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, event management, or client-facing roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor coordination
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing platforms is a plus
