Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant (AI Expertise is a Must) to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and contribute to strategic initiatives across the Africa Middle East (AME) region. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing tactics with evolving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing and Communication Plan
- Develop and execute the Marketing and Communication Plan for Africa & Middle East, including objectives across various channels and segments such as general construction, road construction, quarry & aggregates.
- Regionalize global assets for the market and roll out campaigns through both owned and dealer channels.
- Lead NPI launch strategy in the region.
- Coordinate marketing activities with Marcom Managers from AME Region dealerships.
- Promote dealer best practices across the region.
- Develop lead generation campaign plans in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
- Define and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Maximize sales lead collection from all potential marketing sources.
- Measure and report marketing campaign performance.
2) Campaign and Commercial Program Management
- Lead commercial programs and set up effective strategies.
- Develop and identify offers with support from the AME Sales Team.
- Tailor and roll out campaigns and commercial programs with dealer support.
- Coordinate and promote initiatives with Sales and Marcom Managers across AME Region dealerships.
- Follow up on sales leads and conclusions with AME Dealers and Sales Team.

- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs.
- Manage and control budgets effectively.
- Support the AME Dealer network with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Define innovative marketing communication strategies for product, technology, and service promotion through both physical and virtual experiences, including tradeshows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop creative briefs and advertising assets (print, digital, video).
- Analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Lead large regional projects and work with stakeholders across business units.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible Marcom or Commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and ability to measure ROI.
- Metrics-driven marketing mindset.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English.
- AI expertise is mandatory.
- This position requires up to 50% travel.
