Marketing Coordinator

Description:

Harbor Real Estate is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who has strong knowledge of digital communication, social media, and content strategies, with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.

The successful candidate will support marketing initiatives, coordinate events, manage broker and agency relationships, and utilize modern tools including CRM, marketing automation, and AI solutions to improve business performance. Candidates with Dubai real estate experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily marketing activities and support ongoing campaigns.

• Manage social media content and digital communication channels.

• Assist with event coordination and maintain relationships with brokers and agencies.

• Support marketing automation activities and CRM management.

• Create and coordinate engaging content for digital platforms.

• Use AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency and workflow.

• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of marketing experience.

• Dubai real estate experience is preferred.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Strong knowledge of social media, content creation, and digital communications.

• Experience coordinating events and managing broker/agency relationships.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI tools.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
