Marketing Executive

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who can drive marketing initiatives while taking ownership of CRM management and lead operations.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage CRM, lead allocation, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROI.
• Manage social media, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Support branding, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

What we're looking at

✅ 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing & CRM Management

✅ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)

✅ Strong understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and campaign reporting

✅ Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
