Marketing Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.

The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the below:

  • Populate social media annual posting plan across the three schools and other businesses. Share the plan with the line manager for review/edits.
  • Oversee all social media platforms for all SIG schools and other businesses (content creation to execution). Must have Hootsuite knowledge and social media data analytics. Redirect any admissions related inquiries to the schools’ admissions managers.
  • Manage the school's Google account for all reviews. Share reviews/feedback with the line manager. Maintain across-school parent grievances tracker for the same.
  • Point person for SIG loyalty partners, liaising with the relevant team members at school and maintain/update partnered affiliates portfolio for schools and other businesses.
  • Ensure school information is listed and updated on all third party school directory websites.
  • Post school newsletters on the school SM platforms and website.
  • Update the school brochures along with designing, content will be shared by relevant team members at the three schools.
  • Maintain schools and events calendars and coordinate with team members when required.
  • Record meeting minutes (as required).
  • Ensure the school websites are current and UpToDate. Work with admissions and other relevant team members (as required).
  • Send out Marketing collateral to the database on HubSpot.
  • Redirect EE inquiries to the relevant team members. Responding, tracking, and auditing the inquiries.
  • Maintain the Marketing ledger across the three schools and other businesses. Follow up and ensure deliverables of each team member’s tasks (SIG Creative Designer and Media Production Specialist).
  • Work on Marketing collaterals across the three schools and other businesses. Proof-read all material before execution.
  • Assist with the SIG 360 campaign and partnership roll out i.e., Diabetes run, SIG red ribbon art show, SIG end of year talent show etc.
  • Assist SIG Creative Designer with graphic design tasks across the three schools and other businesses.
  • Facilitate marketing meetings, support on creating strategies and follow up to accomplish the tasks.
  • Liaise with admissions and PLOs of each school to get event updates, ad hoc tasks, etc.
  • Assist during Marketing events - being present before and during events and providing support as assigned by the Marketing Manager (events could be over the weekends as well):
  • Assist Open Mornings, Stay and Play events, Coffee mornings, other internal events (Fiesta, International Day etc.) across the three schools.
  • Assist with SIG schools outreach events i.e., School and Nursery show, Ripe market etc.
  • Assist with other businesses outreach event i.e., Premier Padel tournaments, EE mall activation kiosk, India Club etc.
  • Ensure a lead time of 2 weeks is followed on social media, and visibility of our brand through the event (brochures/other promotional giveaways). Capture all events on social media platforms across the three schools.
