A well established multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Regional Marketing Manager - GCC based in Dubai, UAE
The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing medium term strategic and short term operational plans for the GCC market
- Ensuring marketing strategies accommodate the changes in the market and respond to customer need
- Implementing the tactical plan in line with company strategic product objectives
- Implementing strategies to maximize pricing and product mix opportunities
- Responsible for developing promotional materials for the local market
- Producing sales forecasts and monitor progress
- Building close relationships and has regular contact with national Key Opinion Leaders
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in the UAE and possesses GCC experience only
- Bachelor’s degree required (Pharmacy/ Biology/ Medicine)
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management, 5 years in leadership/ management role
- Proven history of marketing successes, experience of pre-marketing and product launches
- Experience of working with key stakeholders in the markets of the Gulf countries
- Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams, effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management
- Understanding of pricing & reimbursement, regulatory affairs and tender processes in the Middle East
- Broad and in-depth understanding of local and regional issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and create engagement
