Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead real estate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our properties, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation. This role requires a blend of creative, analytical, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and/or luxury real estate projects.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities across online and offline channels.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create high-converting marketing funnels and sales enablement tools.
- Create and manage content for brochures, websites, blogs, press releases, and social media.
- Coordinate property launches, events, exhibitions, and open houses.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, media, and influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
