Description:

The Marketing Manager – International Projects will drive the marketing strategy, execution, and performance of PSI’s international property portfolio. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor—comfortable navigating different cultural landscapes and market dynamics, while delivering high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: International Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for international real estate projects across key global markets.
  • Tailor campaigns to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Identify new growth markets and adapt messaging to suit regional trends and consumer behavior.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, influencer marketing, etc.) to promote PSI’s international offerings.
  • Manage external agencies and partners in global markets to execute campaigns efficiently.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the international sales team, project development, and external developers to align marketing with commercial goals.
  • Coordinate with in-market consultants, agencies, and media for localized initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and evolving market trends.

Brand Representation & Positioning

  • Strengthen PSI’s brand presence in international markets through thought leadership, PR, and content marketing.
  • Represent PSI at international property exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6–10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on international real estate, luxury property, or high-value B2C services.
  • Proven experience in launching or managing international marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural markets, especially GCC, Europe, and Asia.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital ad platforms.
