The Marketing Manager – International Projects will drive the marketing strategy, execution, and performance of PSI’s international property portfolio. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor—comfortable navigating different cultural landscapes and market dynamics, while delivering high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: International Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for international real estate projects across key global markets.
- Tailor campaigns to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Identify new growth markets and adapt messaging to suit regional trends and consumer behavior.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events, influencer marketing, etc.) to promote PSI’s international offerings.
- Manage external agencies and partners in global markets to execute campaigns efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the international sales team, project development, and external developers to align marketing with commercial goals.
- Coordinate with in-market consultants, agencies, and media for localized initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and evolving market trends.
Brand Representation & Positioning
- Strengthen PSI’s brand presence in international markets through thought leadership, PR, and content marketing.
- Represent PSI at international property exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6–10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on international real estate, luxury property, or high-value B2C services.
- Proven experience in launching or managing international marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of diverse cultural markets, especially GCC, Europe, and Asia.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital ad platforms.
