PPFTrader, a globally recognized proprietary trading firm, is actively seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead its marketing expansion in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Forex or financial marketing, particularly focused on the Indian market, and a strong understanding of trader psychology, digital marketing channels, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and SEO platforms.
• Build and manage collaborations with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
• Supervise content creation and brand development to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Evaluate marketing KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
• Partner closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of marketing experience within the Forex, Prop Trading, or Brokerage industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian financial market and familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Deep understanding of retail trader behavior, with proven experience in paid advertising, CRM automation, and affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with excellent communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
