Marketing Manager

 

Description:

As Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the global marketing strategy for Dlicom — focusing on user acquisition, brand positioning, and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, community, and executive teams while building and managing a high-performing marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored for Web3 audiences.
  • Lead campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee marketing for Dlicom’s token launch, including campaign planning, messaging, and partner coordination.
  • Build, manage, and scale the in-house marketing team; handle recruitment and onboarding of new members.
  • Collaborate with KOLs, launchpads, influencers, and crypto communities.
  • Launch and optimize referral, reward-based, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance based on data and feedback.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Web3 marketing.
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing growth campaigns, community initiatives, and token or product launches in the crypto space.
  • Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies with measurable results.
  • Experience leading remote teams and handling recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 user behavior, crypto culture, and community engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
