Description:
As Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the global marketing strategy for Dlicom — focusing on user acquisition, brand positioning, and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, community, and executive teams while building and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored for Web3 audiences.
- Lead campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee marketing for Dlicom’s token launch, including campaign planning, messaging, and partner coordination.
- Build, manage, and scale the in-house marketing team; handle recruitment and onboarding of new members.
- Collaborate with KOLs, launchpads, influencers, and crypto communities.
- Launch and optimize referral, reward-based, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Track KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Web3 marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing growth campaigns, community initiatives, and token or product launches in the crypto space.
- Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies with measurable results.
- Experience leading remote teams and handling recruitment.
- Deep understanding of Web3 user behavior, crypto culture, and community engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
