Description:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead marketing initiatives and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets and has the ability to analyze financial data
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & ExecutionDevelop and lead the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives and brand vision.
- Brand Management & ConsistencyEnsure consistent brand messaging across all marketing collateral, property signage, sales materials, and digital content.
- Digital MarketingLead the digital marketing strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, oversee social media content creation, enhance website user experience and analyze performance data.
- Marketing OperationsStreamline work processes to enhance operational efficiency, oversee brand analytics, manage procurement process, generate reports and support sales-related events.
- Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources for various initiatives. This includes monitoring investments, forecasting, and adjustments on budgets.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
- Analysis & ReportingAnalyze marketing performance metrics/KPls to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Thought Leadership Stay up to date with marketing trends and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance marketing effectiveness.
