What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels
• Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration
• Oversee content creation and brand storytelling across all touchpoints
• Drive data-driven decisions through performance analysis and reporting
• Build and manage partnerships, events, and community activations to strengthen brand presence
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, and agency/creative partners to ensure excellence in delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Proven track record in leading campaigns and delivering measurable results
• Strong brand-building instincts with a sharp eye for design and storytelling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, CRM systems)
• Experience managing teams and external partners
• A background in graphic design, content production, or creative direction is a big plus
